Notes
Grainfather crapped out on me, had to improvise for step mash. 125f for 15 minutes, 150f for 45 minutes, mash out at 168f. Super easy lauter, no rice hulls needed.
Bottled conditioned for 2.8-3.0 vols of CO2. Super summer crusher beer. A thirst quencher. Fermented on the low side to keep esters and phenols down. Perfect summer beer, nice rosé color, dry.
This would probably work in a keg too. Highly recommend this one.
