Notes
- Heat 1 gallon (6.5 L) water to 160 Fahrenheit
- Add 2lb Maris Otter and 0.5lb Vienna in brew bag into water.
- Keep the water at 146-152 Fahrenheit for 60 minutes, gently stirring occasionally.
- Lift bag and let water drain.
- Add .5 gallon (2 L) of hot water (160-170) by pouring over grain bag.
- Bring to a boil
- Once bubbling, add 0.33oz Amarrilo and stir in
- Boil for 55mins and add 0.33 of Citra and boil for 5 min.
- Add .33 of simcoe and remove from heat.
- Bring to room temp as quickly as possible.
- Add wort to fermenter along with quarter pack of yeast and lightly stir.
- Store in a cool, dark place for 7 days. Add .5 oz each Amarillo and Citra and store for another 7 days.
- Bottle and let sit for 2 weeks.
- Chill for minimum 24hrs and crack er open and enjoy!
