Initial flavor test after boil - Sweet and hoppy with a slight sustain on the back of the pallette.

Loved the beer - excellent malt and yeast character with a citrus hop finish. It was like a hefeweizen and blond ale hybrid.

Planning on brewing 2nd batch 6/4/2020.
