Notes
Missed strike water temp so mashed at about 144f for two hours. Was a bit worried because it fermented all the way down to 1.004. Turns out, this beer was absolutely fantastic ! Will definitely brew again. Extremely crushable and was all gone in no time. Based on my Krispy Kolsch recipe but with a wheat addition. Will slightly increase wheat percentage next time I brew it.
