Notes
Experiment using Briess Full Pint Malt as principal base malt. Some wheat and #1 Honey Malt. Eureka is main bittering hop, with as much as 4 oz. of Mighty Axe Julius hops as late boil and after flameout for aroma and flavor. Added a can of Orange concentrate to fermenter for additional orange flavor.
Tested O.G. was spot on at exactly 1.062.
Possible Names: OJ Tears, Orange Julius IPA.
