Notes
Steep the grains at 155 for 45 minutes
discard the grains and add the extract
bring to a boil and add the hops per schedule highlighted above
cool the wort, transfer, aerate, filter and add to fermenter
add yeast, and ferment at 68 degrees
let ferment for 14 days, then bottle or keg.
