Filter tap water through Brita filter. Test for carbonate hardness (alkalinity) and adjust to 20ppm with CRS. Test for calcium and adjust to 150ppm with CaSO4 (gypsum). Mix in gypsum while water is cold with drill and paint mixer. | |||||

This is an English IPA using "new" British hops that have a fruity character usually associated with American or Australian/ New Zealand hops. These hops are a little harder to find but are priced at a similar price point to the usual fruity hops. I’ve used Endeavour as a high AA hop for bittering just to keep the hops British. Grain bill is simple, it’s all about showing off the hops with this one.
