Notes
- Treat 6 gallons of water with half a camden tablet.
- Add Grain Bill to Mash Tun
- Strike mash with 3.2 gallons of 168 deg water. Mash 60 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Vorlauf.
- Add 3.3 gallons 175 deg water to sparge.
- Bring mash to Boil, add 1oz of Hallertauer hops, and boil for 30 minutes before adding remaining hops and boiling another 30 minutes.
- Transfer to fermenter and chill below 72 deg.
- Aerate and add yeast nutrient, stir.
- Pitch Yeast.
- After a week's fermentation, smash frozen blueberries and let them come to room temperature before adding to the fermentation for another week.
- Cold Crash the fermentation and keg it. Set the c02 to 12psi to promote carbonation for the next week or so.
- Turn the psi down to about 5. Enjoy a pint.
