Notes
15 minute boil.
Stand for 3 hours
Added dry hops 25/25 Nelson and enigma
Used frozen water to cool down (3 liters) and 1.5 liter room temp.
Pitched on April 25th.
Bottled May 1st.
Tasted after 4 days. Citrus aroma. A bit "green.". Need to leave in bottle longer but overall not bad.
After few weeks tasted really good, strong citrus, subtle tropical.
After 2 months, got too "winey" and tasted like white wine, wouldn't use Nelson hops again, not preference on taste.
