2.5 L of fresh Apple Juice (no preservatives/additives)
5 g packet of Lalvin Wine Yeast
1/2 cup of sugar / 1/2 cup dextrose
This is a super basic recipe as a test to expand off of.
I did two batches, one with table sugar and one with dextrose.
I am fermenting directly in the apple juice container from the store.
I may or may not carbonate. Might just try to drink right out of container.
OG with table sugar was 1.056
