Notes
Brew Day 11-Apr-2020
Whirlpool for 10 min constant stirring
Fermentation started around 66F and ramped up to about 72F at the most active period around 4 days in.
After 2 weeks (25-Apr-2020) Dry hopped with the first amounts 0.6, 0.3, 0.3 and 0.3oz then realized that those amounts were for a 1 gallon batch. let it go 5 days then removed hops.
03-May-2020 Dry hopped again with the correct amounts 2.9, 1.5, 1.5, 1.5oz for 5 days
Bottled on 08-May-2020 with 3.6 oz Dextrose for 2.2 vol CO2
OG: 1.064
FG: 1.012
ABV: 6.8%
First Tasting 23-May-2020:
Nice color orange (darker hue), with a lot of citrus notes (orange, grapefruit, tangerine) not as cloudy as i would have expected. Smooth and very drinkable.
Will compare later to professional brewers versions: Axe & Arrow, Bolero Snort, 3 Threes & Tired Hands.
