Notes

First time tried isinglass in CT before bottling. Nicely balanced carbonation BCA. Thought isinglass would strip out the yeast. Not a prob. Great success as best clear beer to date. Good balanced taste. Earthy pallet may sweeten with time. Very little aroma on the nose. would have been nice to have slightly more hop aroma. Possibly dry hop required. Lovely tight head until the end.

All in all great beer.

Be good for portfolio.
