Had a crack at this brew. Fermented in fridge at 11deg c (51f) for 2 weeks then racked to 2nd for 1 week same temp then crash cooled for 5 days at 2deg c (35f) and finally bottled and put back in fridge at 19deg c (66) for 10days. Turned out bloody good really impressed with the malty flavours. Gona brew another 2 of them this weekend so I can stock up and let some condition a bit longer. Thanks for the recipe. I
