Target Water Profile
Light colored and hoppy
Notes
Galena instead of comet. No comet available. Used distilled water with above additives. ph 4.9.
FG 1.012
Taste is good but a bit thin. This is smooth. Maybe next time use 1 oz at 60 min and double dry hop.
