Notes
Brewed 27 Mar 2020 - Bottled 14 Ap 2020
Definitely will brew again.
This is based on an article Make Your Best: British Golden Ale by Josh Weikert. This is modified to fit grain and hops I had on hand, but is close. It's a great summer quencher and I will brew again using Josh's recommended hops. If you have anyone who is moving up from US lagers this is a great way to get them going.
Light, crisp with enough hops for aroma and flavor without slapping you in the face with them.
