Notes
Missed OG by 5 points because I forgot to stir the mash. Added 12 ounces sugar at end of boil then 2 quarts water to get almost 5 gallons. OG ended up at 1.046. Shaken not stirred started using second generation of 1007 from previous batch with wort collected from this brew.
