Removed grain bag and squeezed the hell out of it
Used an old BIAB mesh bag for hop additions
Ended up with 5.75 gal in the fermenter
Pitched two old Safale US-05 packets that have been in the fridge for a long time. wort @ 70º
Beer is fermenting @ 68º per usual basement temp.
I started brewing at 17:00 and finished at 23:30.
