Notes

Quarantined. After Summer LIghtning by Hop Back Brew. Never tried it. Got the hops. Ferm stalled at 1.018 for a week. TRied rousing, put temp to 85º F and stirred the hell out of it to aerate. Added 5 oz sugar and started back up.
