Notes

I have made this a dozen times, simple (ALMOST SMASH), the recipe is very forgiving. It may be better with Amber LME instead of Lite, but I can't remember. I like when the color is lighter, so people do not expect the quick buzz.. watch out.

Add the champagne yeast after a week or so in the fermentor.. no rush.
