To 7 gallons add 2g CaCl2, 4g CaSO4, 3g sea salt. Use 4.67 gallons in mash and sparge with 4 gallons. Mash at 152 (heat mash water to 170 before adding grains). Do not pH sparge water. pH mash after 5 mins to 5.4. |
