Notes

Pleasing A E S T H E T I C is a 13.6% ABV Fruited Mead. Mead is also known as honey wine. On a cold day in November 2017, I combined New Jersey wildflower honey, cranberry juice, black cherry juice, and elderflower concentrate. Behind the heat of this bodaciously boozy beverage lies smells of delicate flowers joined by flavour of dark red fruits. Be careful - brews this high in alcohol have an intoxicating effect. I wouldn’t drive after drinking this.
