Notes

Version I brewed 2/22/20 still fermenting stalled Safale 05 3/8/20. Reached 1.011 3/11. Version II Kveik Voss 3rd gen harvested fermenting like a bear 8 hours after pitch 3/8/20. But 3/11 at 1.025, dry hopped. Figure 5 gals at 66º for priming 4.2 oz azucar crema.
Version I for me desert island beer. Version II not so good.

Version III 4/29-- 5g gyp and 4g Cacl. SG to 1.013 after 5 days; DryHop. 1.010 final. Great beer result.

Version IV 11lbs BriessPaleAleMalt, 2 lbs Flaked white wheat. 1oz Simcoe for 45mins for 43 IBU. Dry hop 4 day. Final 1.010. Prime goal was 2.4 vols, but due to gallons mis-estimation 4.6.
