Recipe is from Josh Weikert who resides in the UK. The Fermentables had to be adjusted some to match what he had in his recipe, as well as the hops. His original recipe was for 5 gallons this recipe is a class exercise for a 100 gallon batch.
Thanks Josh for the recipe ... I do plan on brewing the 5 gallon recipe at home in the Anvil Foundry All-In-One system.
