Hoptimusrex US Tettnag (4.0% AA)
Hoptimusrex German Perle (7.1% AA)
1/2 tsp Yeast Nutrient and 1 Warfloc Tablet were added to the boil at 10 Min.
Specialty grains were steeped in smaller 1 Gal pot and constantly stirred to maintain proper steeping temperature 165F.
