Raise to 72F for the remainder of fermentation (add dry hop)
Crash after 10-14 days in fermenter
Transfer to keg on top of 16 ounces of tea concentrate (see below).
If necessary, add more to taste
Using Jasmine Young Snow tea leaves by TeaSource
Jasmine Tea Concentrate
Pour 32 ounces of 160F water into a French Press
Add 1/3 cup of jasmine leaves and steep for 2-3 minutes
Strain into a sanitized mason jar
Refrigerate
