This was a horrible brew day.
I got horrible extraction.
I ended up adding three lbs of wheat dme to get to my final gravity numbers.
I am not adding DME to the recipe. Keep a bag of it close in case you have to fix your beer on the fly.
I had to boil three hours to get to my correct gravity number.
