Notes
Experimental continually hopped imperial triple IPA... fantastic - big, complex, more like a barlywine. A pain to brew though with all the hop additions...!
3 oz mixed Chinook + Citra 60-35 min, 4 oz mixed Simcoe + Columbus 30-15 mins, 4 oz Chinook, Citra, Simcoe, + Columbus 10-5 mins.
Added DME, Sugar, Irish moss, Yeast nutrient all at 15 mins before the end of the boil.
Whirlpooled 15 mins total, 10 hot then 5 after immersion chiller.
1 oz citra, 1/2 oz simcoe, 1/4 oz amarillo whole cones to keg.
