Target Water Profile
Boulder City Tap
Notes
Brewed 2/16/20. Picnic cooler mash, 150 F and 170 F. Collected 24 L, topped off to 27 L prior to boil. Primary fermentation at 70 - 72 F. Racked to keg on 3/5/20, totally clear, gravity 1.004. Cold conditioned at 32 F.
Tasting notes: very good. French saison yeast is more citrusy than earthy, and hop bill delivered a good whack of euro-style bitterness along the lines of Thiriez XXXtra or De La Senne Taras Boulba.
