Notes
Mash in at 148 degrees for 60 minutes. Raise temp to 170 for 10 minutes. Filter and move to brew kettle. Sparge and let sit for 20 minutes. Drain to brew kettle. Boil for 60 minutes, adding 1 oz. El Dorado hops at 60 minutes; .75 oz. El Dorado at 20 minutes; .75 oz. Medusa hops at 15 minutes; .75 African Queen hops at 15 minutes; Dry hop with .75 oz. Medusa and African Queen hops after racking to secondary.
