Notes

Original recipe was all Citra.
I started with Simcoe instead of Citra for the 60m bittering.
I stuck with Citra for the 15m and 10m additions.
I split the hop weight between Citra and Mosaic at 5m and 1m and then for dry hop split the orginal 3oz add between Citra, Mosaic, and Lemon Drop.
Hoping for a more tropical funky result.
