Notes
This was terrible at first. At bottling time and a week after, it was skunky even though it was not light-struck. After a couple of weeks conditioning the skunk went away, but the beer was still not good. Nothing particularly wrong with it, just no character. After a month, it was actually good. It could use more hops next time; probably something nice like Willamette or Crystal near the end of the boil -- the little bit of added bitterness will help too but the Columbus got it close enough.
