Notes
Start with 6.5 Gallons in the Brewer's Edge Mash and Boil
Dry hop with 1oz. of Apollo after the beer is done fermenting. Immediately place carboy in keezer after dry hopping.
Should be done fermenting in 3-4 days.
Keg within two days of dry hopping.
Optimum mash pH is 5.2-5.5.
