Notes
Got 2 1/2 ounces homegrown hops from my sister several months ago. Went to brew it and somehow some got moldy. So I decided to improvise and throw in all the leftover hops I have from previous brews and see what happens. So a simple chinook featuring pale ale becomes a Frankenstein IPA-ish beer.
