Ferment upstairs until bubbling starts , put in cold basement, try to get it near 45-50 degrees, Rack. Put in cold basement for 3 weeks
.. I changed this after the first brewing, lowering the alcohol, a bit more Saaz
.. I changed again to make with Ale Yeast
