Notes

This is one juicy NEIPA. Used free Falcon and Falcon 7Cs. Falcon has more bite and 7Cs is the juice. Enjoy.

Add IPA mineral pack to pot with 3 gal distilled water

Add grains keep below 155deg for 30min - 45min

Next add 3lb malt to wort for boil with 2oz Falcon hop addition (add 1 gal dist wtr)

Add Wyeast nutrient 10min left in boil

On knockout, add the remaining 8.8lb of malt, 2.5 gal dist wtr and 2oz Falcon (.2lb of malt loss to leftover film in 2 containers)

Once temp below 147deg add both 1oz Falcon & 1oz F7Cs hops

Fermenter 4th day drop 2oz F7Cs

Fermenter 10th day drop 2oz F7Cs

Great Juicy Beer! It is on the juicy sweet side. Add an extra 2oz hops in the boil to balance or add 3oz & up to get a flavor like biting thru citrus rind.
