Notes
Single infusion mash at 154 F for 60 minutes. Drain off and Batch Sparge warm mash with 180 F for 10 minutes. Target 7 gal in boil kettle. Boil 60 minutes - cool to 60F to pitch yeast. Ferment at 68 for 2 weeks, cold crash at 35F for 1 week. Rack to keg and carb. Serve fresh
