Plan to ferment out completely with diacetly rest and test. Once clear I will soft crash for a day or two days to drop yeast then remove trub.
Plan hop at 58 degrees and dry hop for 3-5 days.
Will cold crash for two days and then keg.
If homegrown hops smell good will look to use these instead of amarillo in dry hop. May also throw in some at flame out.
