Notes

No starter required if yeast is healthy and viable.
Add 2 lbs. of Peaches per Gal. Need 10 lbs. of peaches for this recipe.
Peel peaches and mash.
Freeze in plastic containers
Add frozen peaches to cloth bag @ secondary stage
Peaches may start fermentation again. Wait till it's done
Remove bags and then bottle.

Believe it or not... Needs more peach flavor.
Add peach extract and use canned peaches to reduce cost.
Aft aging for 60 days. Peach Flavor is spot on. Has nice Orange color
A refreshing Summer Beer. A lot of work to make ,but has a great reward.
