Notes
"Troublemaker" - was planning the 'diluted mash' no sparge technique (see https://www.morebeer.com/articles/No_Sparge_Brewing). This requires 20% more grain (and software calculates you'll get the higher gravity not knowing of the no-sparge). Figured I'd really get a 1.055 or so. Then my grain mill just wouldn't crush the grains--probably rolls need re-knurled, they were clean). Brewing buddy to the rescue, but he does a finer crush, ended up getting better efficiency despite the 'no sparge'...so not a sessionable Belgian Pale anymore!
