Light colored and hoppy
Notes
pitch at 70*
light straw yellow in color. very active fermentation blew the air lock off and produced too much dyacityl.
revisit 4 weeks later: pulled the keg out of the cooler and let sit for 4 weeks. yeast re activated and cleaned up the dyacityl. I should have roused the yeast cake during fermentation to clean up the dyacityl
maybe add 8oz Munich to get a little more orangey hew
