- Condition on grilled pineapple, rum soaked vanilla bean, toasted coconut flakes (in muslin bag)
Mash the grains at 164°F (73°C) for 45 minutes.
Stabilize the temperature at 154°F (68°C).
Boil for 75 minutes following the hops and additions schedule.
