Notes
Jan 10.
7L water to start Mash.
rise bag W/ wort.
Pre-Boil Gavity: 1.056
Post boil volume: 5L
Port boil Gravity: 1076!!!!
Added 1L of water to dilute:
OG 1.056
1.5L left at end of brew.
I think i should start with more water, or rinse the grain with like 1L of clean water after the mash?
like 75% efficiency.
Double milling the grains worked great - i think
letting the bag go kinda loose n the pot was also a good move.
Not much evaporation.
Less grain too?
