Notes
Boil for for 90 minutes with hops schedule starting @ 60min.
Add Candi Sugar at start of boil. Dilute sugar in worth before adding to boil.
Ferment 4 weeks @ 19C.
After bottling or keging let it sit as long as possible to clear alcohol taste and feel the real tripel sensation.
