Notes
Barke Pils & Avangard Munich. At the end of the 154 rest, pulled decoction into small side kettle and heated it while also heating main mash to the 162 rest. Recirc'd main mash w/ pump while tending to decoction.
Saved 1qt speise to prime. Not sure why "Overall Water Report" is showing 60+ for Ca/Cl/SO4. Target Ion values are accurate. Added one tab NaMBS to mash water.
