Whirloc in large + 1t yeast nut

175 deg to mash tun @150 deg
then fill 7 gal for 168 sparge
gravity transfer to both fermentors ea 1/2 way (easier lifting)
minimize splash back to kettle
valve for small kettle
sparge to small kettle first and bring to boil - cool to 165
