Recipe was part of double batch (10 gallon), split into two 5 gallon batches:
1) Traditional Am. Wheat w/ 5 gallon using Wyeast 1010
2) Belgian Wheat w/ 5 gallon using WLP 575
Color of Belgian turned out to be more 6-7 SRM.
