Notes

This beer turned out just ok. My OG that I measured was 1.041 but that may have been due to poor mixing of the wort when I topped off the bucket. My FG was definitely not where it needed to be at 1.020. I think my OG was probably close to what it needed to be since it's definitely not a low alcohol beer but it also didn't really carbonate well. The ones that did are enjoyable though unremarkable.
