Notes

my spur-of-the-moment/fit-of-whimsy SMaSH beer recipe, thunk up while surfing the virtual aisles at Maryland Homebrew.

Since Falconer's Flight is a blend of Northwest hops, this is less a SMaSH beer and more of an "easy to brew" beer due to the simple list of ingredients.

If there is a style associated with this, it is Pale Ale. Hoping this will be a pleasant session beer for the snowy devastation that awaits us.

bottled: Wednesday, January 8, 2020
priming: 3/4 cup corn sugar in 2 cups boiled water
yield: 50 bottles
color: golden, approximately 5 SRM
ABV: 3.8%
taste: earthy, bitter, a little spice
crowns: orange

This turned out to be a very clean session IPA. My first time trying Falconer's Flight hop blend - but it won't be the last time.
