Notes

Brew went well but under shot the water. Only ended up with 19l in the fermenter.
OG1.049/50 eff70%
Yeast kicked off well at around the 3day mark and once it had stopped bubbling for 2 more days I upped the temp 2 degree every day for the yeast to clean its self up.
I stopped when I had hit 20 and left it there for another 2 days
