Smoked New Zealand Pale Ale
If beer was invented here it would probably have been smoked over manuka instead of beech like german beers
Nottingham yeast as going for subtle english ale yeast character
Apparently gladfield manuka smoke flavour doesn't carry through strongly, but 40% should get the smoke flavour up there!
Liberty hops because they were free and not using enough for prominent character.
